Shannon Glover brings a lifelong connection to the court reporting and litigation services industry as the eldest daughter of William Bridges, founder of Bridges Reporting & Legal Video. While her professional journey began outside the legal services field, her unwavering focus on client service, operational excellence, and team leadership has made her a cornerstone of the company’s success.

With a 25-year background in home and commercial lending, Shannon earned a reputation as one of Oregon’s top producers by consistently delivering personalized, high-quality service to clients. Her ability to manage time-sensitive, detail-heavy processes prepared her perfectly for the demands of litigation support.

Since joining Bridges in 2009 as General Manager, Shannon has helped transform the company’s internal operations—streamlining scheduling, production, and billing to better serve attorneys, paralegals, and legal teams. Her client-first approach ensures that every aspect of the business runs with accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. In 2015, she became co-owner alongside her husband, Greg Glover.

Shannon and Greg have seven children and five grandchildren. When she’s not focused on client satisfaction, she enjoys sewing, quilting, and spending time with her family.
